How we’ll achieve it
This plan isn’t one change, but many, across five key areas. We’re focusing on: Planet, People, Restaurants, Food and Communities. This means achieving net zero and helping to protect and restore nature. Championing great people, whatever their background. And sourcing quality, sustainable ingredients that provide more balanced and tastier options. All served in restaurants that are built for the future and close the loop on waste, while supporting the communities around them.
All these changes add up. With over 1,500 restaurants, more than 155,000 people, over 29,000 British and Irish farmers and over 3 million customers visiting every day, together, by changing a little, we can change a lot and bring a greener, fairer future within closer reach for everyone.
Since launching our goals in 2021, we are proud of the progress we have made in our focus areas across the UK and Ireland. We have already achieved some of these goals and are continuing to work hard in close collaboration with our franchisees, suppliers and partners to meet further milestones.
