This means achieving net zero and helping to protect and restore nature. Championing great people, whatever their background. And sourcing quality, sustainable ingredients that provide more balanced and tastier options. All served in restaurants that are built for the future and close the loop on waste, while supporting the communities around them.
All these changes add up. With over 1,500 restaurants, more than 170,000 people, over 23,000 British and Irish farmers and 4 million customers visiting every day, together, by changing a little we can change a lot and bring a greener, fairer future within closer reach for everyone.
