A: Based on the points you have collected, you will be able to redeem eligible rewards available in the McDonald’s App by just scanning the Rewards' QR code at either the Front Counter, Kiosk, or Drive-Thru scanners. For easy access to all of the Rewards, simply click on the “All Points” filter.

A: Yes, there is a limit to the number points you can collect, and the number is 9,999. You would need to redeem points in order to start collecting again.

Depending on the connectivity earned points from transactions may take 3-5 minutes to update in the app. If it doesn’t close the app and launch it again.
