1. McDonald's McDelivery Service

Do McDonald’s deliver food orders?

Yes, McDelivery is our delivery service and is available either via Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo. Not all our restaurants deliver, so continue to check back on our website for the latest restaurant availability.

What is McDelivery?

McDelivery brings your McDonalds favourites straight to your door, for you to enjoy from the comfort of your own home.

2. How Does McDeliery Work

How do I place an order?

Download Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo apps or visit the Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo websites, enter your postcode, and place your order.

What have Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo got to do with McDelivery?

Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo are our delivery partners. We cook the delicious food and they deliver straight to your door.

How will I know if the driver delivering my McDelivery is legit?

You can use the platform you ordered from to track your delivery from the Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat app. Don’t try to use any other service or app as these are not aﬃliated with McDonald’s.

Why isn’t McDelivery available near me?

We are working to increase the number of restaurants where McDelivery is available, and this will be growing throughout the year. Please keep checking our website to see if your local restaurant has launched.

3. What Can I order for delivery?

Can I order any food from the McDonald's menu via McDelivery?

Almost our entire menu is available to order on McDelivery, with the only exceptions being ice cream cones and drinks with cream on the top. e.g. Frappes and promotional McCafé hot drinks. All items are subject to availability.

Can I order food at any time via McDelivery?

The delivery trading hours vary by restaurant and delivery partner. Please check the speciﬁc restaurant page within the relevant delivery partner, to see our delivery operating hours. We continue to work to extend our delivery operating hours.

Can I order food from any McDonald's restaurant?

No, not all our restaurants oﬀer McDelivery currently, but we're working on it. To ﬁnd out which restaurants oﬀer delivery please check our website, Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat.

My local restaurant is on McDelivery but I can’t order?

The delivery area that we can cover is speciﬁc to each restaurant and delivery partner. Please enter your delivery address into the relevant app to see if we can deliver to you. In the meantime, we continue to work on expanding our coverage.

4. Minimum spend and delivery charges

Is there a minimum spend for McDelivery?

There is no minimum spend but delivery fees may apply. However, please look out for live delivery campaigns which may require a minimum spend to qualify for the promotion.

How much does it cost to get my food delivered?

The delivery fee can vary. Please check the relevant app or website to see the current delivery fee.

Why is there a different delivery charge for using the Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat platforms?

Delivery fees are set by our delivery partners and can vary depending on location and live offers.

How can I cancel my McDelivery order?

To cancel your order, you’ll need to do this on Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat app or website, where you placed the order. Here you will ﬁnd instructions on the cancellation process.
