Hidayat Khan began his journey with McDonald's UAE in April 1997 as a Management Trainee, after completing his degree in Hotel Management in Mumbai, India. Over the years, he advanced through several roles, including Store Manager and Head Manager in 2004, before becoming a Senior Operations Manager in 2018. Having lived in Dubai for 27 years, Hidayat considers the UAE his home, where he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active, particularly at the gym. He values the lessons of tolerance and respect for diversity that living and working in the UAE has taught him.
