How many McDonald's deals can be used at a time?

You can only redeem one McDonald's deal per person, per visit. Deals can only be used if you have opted in to participate in the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program.

Why do some McDonald's deals disappear and others don’t?

New deals are added to the McDonald's app regularly to give you a variety of choices and discounts! Deals are removed from the Deal screen once they expire or have been used.

How can I get McDonald's coupons?

At the moment there are no coupons in the app, but there are plenty of deals! If a McDonald's deal is available for redemption through Mobile Order & Pay, and you have opted in to participate in the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program, it will have an "Add Deal to Mobile Order" button below the code when accessing the deal in the McDonald's app. To redeem the deal, select the "Add Deal to Mobile Order"  button, and then customize the items in this order. Choose "Add to Order" to add the deal to your bag.

Why aren't there any deals in the Rewards & Deals tab?

Customers must opt in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards to access all deals and rewards that the McDonald’s app has to offer. If you are a current user of the McDonald’s app and want to opt in here are the steps using the app:

  1. Select More
  2. Select Profile
  3. Select MyMcDonald’s Rewards
  4. Opt in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards & Deals by sliding the toggle to the right to earn points, play games, receive rewards and deals, and exclusive promotions.
