5. How do I collect points with the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program?
You can collect Rewards Points with every purchase by scanning your QR code of your loyalty card on the McDonald’s App, while using the Order Ahead Service, or placing a McDelivery order on the McDonald’s App. Every 1 SR spent is equivalent to 10 Rewards Points.

No. For a chance to get an item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection, collect Rewards Points, and once you have enough, redeem them at the front counter of the selected branches mentioned below.
9. Can I redeem an item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection through 3rd party Delivery?
No. You can only redeem the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection at the front counter of the mentioned participating McDonald’s restaurants.

Yes, you can.

Yes. You can collect reward points on everything you purchase. So, if you’re redeeming an item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection and ordering more food in addition to that, you will still earn 10 points for every 1 Riyal you spend.
15. Can I exchange my item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection for another item?
No. Once you redeem an item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection, you won’t be able to exchange it for another item.
16. What if I redeemed MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection without being at a participating store?
Points are never reimbursed for unused redeemed rewards; instead, the unused redeemed reward can be “returned” to the customer for use in another transaction and redeemed in a participating McDonald’s restaurant right away, without another points deduction.
17. What should I do if I face an issue when redeeming an item from the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Collection?
