McDonald's Hamburger University Graduates 26 Restaurant Leaders in Qatar

10 May 2023 Doha, Qatar - McDonald's Qatar, fully owned and operated by Al Mana Restaurants & Food Company W.L.L., is proud to announce the successful completion of the “Leading Great Restaurants” (LGR) training course, which concluded with a commencement ceremony.  The course comes as part of a required course for that stand in line to qualify for a “restaurant leader” role in future.

The course, offered by Hamburger University, was designed for Restaurant Managers (RM) or 1st assistants who are handling stores alone, providing them with valuable insights into their confidence levels when dealing with employees and difficult situations.

The training was led by expert trainers from Dubai and Pakistan and covered a range of topics, including elevator pitch conversation, feedback, coaching, and training, all of which were upgraded to a manager level.

The 26 participants who attended the course were able to learn from the trainers and gain valuable insights into the best practices for leading great restaurants.
