Erin Moore started her career at McDonald’s Canada 25 years ago as a crew member in Ottawa, Ontario, and has worked across multiple business functions since then, including human resources, operations and field service.
During her time with McDonald’s Canada, Erin has worked closely with franchisees to accelerate their business, supported the development of the standalone McCafé business and spearheaded recovery efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring the health and safety of our restaurant teams.
