McDonald's Canada is Testing a New Satiating Beef Burger in Selected Restaurants This Summer

06-25-2024

Starting today, selected McDonald’s restaurants in Ontario and Alberta will begin testing a new, satiating burger. The test will run from June 25 until early-August, with the intention to roll out the burger nationwide later this summer.

Dubbed the Big Arch™, this new sandwich is McDonald’s response to guests' desire for a satiating burger with more of the great-tasting, quality ingredients fans of McDonald’s love.

The Big Arch burger is sure to be a fan favourite for the extra hungry looking to satisfy their McDonald’s cravings. Its two beef patties – made from 100% Canadian beef – are perfectly layered with three slices of white processed cheese, crispy onions, slivered onions, pickles, lettuce, and our new, delicious Big Arch sauce. It’s a quintessential McDonald’s burger that satisfies guests' hunger with a twist on our iconic flavours.

For now, guests in the test markets might be lucky enough to grab a first taste of the Big Arch burger. For the rest of Canada, we recommend saving your appetite and keeping a close eye on McDonald’s social channels for news of its official launch.
