Kanchan Magar moved to the UAE from Kathmandu, Nepal, in August 2017, starting her career at McDonald's UAE as a Store Activity Representative. Over the next few years, Kanchan grew through various roles, learning essential skills in customer service, marketing, and leadership. Her journey is marked by steady progression, embracing challenges and developing professionally. By 2023, Kanchan took on a new opportunity as an LSM Coordinator, where she now leads a team and manages key marketing initiatives. Outside of work, Kanchan enjoys the serene environment of Love Lake, finding peace and inspiration. She is grateful for the opportunities the UAE has given her to grow personally and professionally.
