McDonald’s is launching the UK’s largest in-person work experience programme, creating thousands of opportunities for young people to gain real workplace experience and build the skills they need for the future.
The programme will offer placements in McDonald’s restaurants across the UK & Ireland, helping young people develop confidence, teamwork, communication and employability skills in a fast-paced working environment.
Designed to support young people taking their first step into work, the programme includes practical experience alongside support with CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
We’re initially offering 2,500 placements, with opportunities focused in communities where access to work experience and employment opportunities is lowest.
