Offer Terms and Conditions: McDonald’s App Decide Your Deal Promotion

1. This McDonald's App Decide Your Deal Promotion consists of seven offers which will be voted for by customers via the McDonald’s app (the "Promotion"). Customers can vote on the app daily during 3rd July 2022 to 9th July 2022 for the deal they want to be available on the app on the following day. Voting closes 23.59 each day. The daily winning offer will be the offer that scores the most votes the previous day. Winning offers will become available from 11am the following day. There is one vote per person (subject to having a registered app account) per day. Customers do not need to vote in order to claim the winning offer.

3. Each day during 4th July 2022 to 10th July 2022, the winning offer will be made available in the "Offers" section of the McDonald's app (each a "Winning Offer"). See the "Offers" section on the McDonald's app for details of the Winning Offer for that day. Each Winning Offer is subject to date and time restrictions. Each of the offers are only valid on the offer dates set out above.

4. To be eligible to receive and use any Winning Offer under this Promotion, you must:

a. be 18 years old or over; and

b. have downloaded, registered, and signed-in via, the McDonald's app.

5. To redeem a Winning Offer, you must order from a participating restaurant by clicking on the button describing the Winning Offer in the "Offers" section of the McDonald's app and adding the offer to the "bag” on the McDonald's app prior to making payment. If your order is for collection, your order should be collected the same day.

6. Spend £15 Save £5 Offer: If this offer wins the applicable vote, this offer consists of a £5 discount with a minimum order value of £15. The discount will be applied prior to payment.

7. Serving times apply for breakfast (5-11am) and main menu lunch/dinner items. Offers are subject to restaurant opening hours.

8. Delivery fees apply to delivery orders. Discounts do not apply to delivery fees.

9. Offers consisting of a discount percentage only apply to food and drink items. They do not apply to delivery fees.

10. The threshold order value for offers consisting of a discount amount when a minimum order value has been reached (e.g. Spend and Save) only includes food and drink items.

11. Offers consisting of a discount on a specified product do not apply to any other McDonald's items which may be ordered for which full payment will be required. They cannot be used to contribute towards payment for an Extra Value Meal or to pay for an Extra Value Meal in full.

12. You may only use a Winning Offer once. A Winning Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

13. No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.

15. McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already received the Winning Offer and McDonald's decision is final.
