My McDonald’s App – Decide Your Deal Promotion Terms and Conditions

1.     My McDonald's app Decide Your Deal Promotion consists of seven offers which will be voted for by customers (the "Promotion"). Customers can vote on the app daily between 20^th July 2021 and 26^th July 2021 for the deal they want to be available on the app on the following day. There is one vote per person per day. Customers do not need to vote in order to claim the winning offer.

3.     Each day between 21^st July 2021 and 27^th July 2021, the winning offer will be made available in the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's app (each a "Winning Offer"). See the "Deals" section on the My McDonald's app for details of the Winning Offer for that day. Each Winning Offer is subject to date and time restrictions.  

4.     To be eligible to receive any Winning Offer under this Promotion, you must:

a.     be 16 years old or over; and

b.    have downloaded, registered, and signed-in via, the My McDonald's app.

5.     To redeem a Winning Offer, you must either:

a.     order from a participating restaurant by clicking on the button describing the Winning Offer in the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's app and adding the offer to the "bag” on the My McDonald's app prior to making payment (following which the order is to be collected on the same day at that participating restaurant); or

b.    scan the QR code for the Winning Offer at a digital kiosk prior to making payment at a participating restaurant; or

c.     present the QR code for the Winning Offer to a crew member at the front counter prior to making payment at a participating restaurant.

6.     For each Winning Offer (99p Big Mac and 99p McChicken Sandwich): The applicable Winning Offer is only valid when it is redeemed in one of the ways listed in paragraph 5 above and by placing an order for the corresponding item(s) at a participating McDonald's restaurant after 11am on the date specified on the Winning Offer. A Winning Offer cannot be used to contribute towards payment for an Extra Value Meal or to pay for an Extra Value Meal in full.

7.     27^th July 99p Big Mac: If this offer wins the applicable vote, it is only valid when it is redeemed in one of the ways listed in paragraph 5 above at a participating McDonald's restaurant from 11am on 27 July 2021 until 23:59 on 1 August 2021 (inclusive). This offer will not be available and will not show in the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's app if it did not win the applicable vote.

8.     27^th July 99p McChicken Sandwich: If this offer wins the applicable vote, it is only valid when it is redeemed in one of the ways listed in paragraph 5 above and by placing an order at a participating McDonald's restaurant from 11am on 27 July 2021 until 23:59 on 1 August 2021 (inclusive). This offer will not be available and will not show in the "Deals" section of the My McDonald's app if it did not win the applicable vote.

9.     Each Winning Offer may only be used for orders being collected from a participating McDonald's restaurant. A Winning Offer cannot be used for an order being delivered by McDelivery or made via a third party app.

10.  You may only use a Winning Offer once. A Winning Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

11.  No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.

13.  McDonald's will reasonably decide whether a customer has already received the Winning Offer and McDonald's decision is final.
