McDonald’s Monday Offer Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion")

1. The McDonald’s Monday promotion runs on those Mondays, between 1st July 2024 and 19th November 2024, on which a corresponding McDonald’s Monday offer is displayed in the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app. 

2. McDonald’s Monday offers vary and are only available via the McDonald’s (UK) app.

3. Each offer is valid only on the date of receipt (and the expiry date will be stated on the offer e-voucher in the McDonald's (UK) app). Breakfast menu items are served between 05:00 and 10:59. Main menu items are served between 00:01 - 04:59 and 11:00 - 23:59.

4. To be eligible to receive and use an offer in this promotion, you must: 

a) be 18 years old or over; 

b) have downloaded, registered and signed-in via the McDonald's (UK) app; 

c) for a Rewards specific offer, have opted-in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards on the McDonald's (UK) app; and

d) have the applicable offer showing in the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app.

5. Offers are not automatically added to your order and certain offers need to be unlocked prior to use. If an offer is showing as locked, you must unlock that offer in the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app before it can be redeemed. 

6. To redeem an offer that is unlocked automatically or which you have unlocked, you must:

a) order via the ‘Offers’ or ‘Rewards & Offers’ (as applicable) section of the McDonald’s (UK) app by clicking on the button in that section which describes the applicable offer, adding the offer to your order and completing your qualifying order on the app with a participating restaurant, following which the order should be collected or delivered (as applicable) the same day from that restaurant; or

b) use the 4-digit offer code or QR code (where applicable) at the kiosk, front counter or Drive-thru of a participating restaurant, if the offer showing in your McDonald's (UK) app account provides that functionality.

7. Offers do not apply to delivery fees. Minimum order value thresholds do not include delivery fees. Only menu items count towards minimum order value thresholds.

8. Unless stated otherwise on the offer e-voucher, an offer is valid on Pickup and delivery orders, only on the McDonald’s (UK) app. Delivery fees apply to delivery orders. Delivery is subject to availability at restaurants offering that service.

9. Offers cannot be redeemed on orders made via a third-party delivery service, app or website.

10. Each Offer is one-time use per McDonald's (UK) app account only.

11. Menu items are subject to availability. Offers are subject to opening hours of participating restaurants. 

12. A McDonald’s Monday offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

13. Product specific offers not valid if product acquired as part of a Meal and may exclude certain promotional menu items. Product specific offers cannot be used to contribute towards payment for a Meal or to pay for a Meal in full. Offers do not apply to any customisations to menu items for which full payment will be required. 

14. At any one time your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance must not exceed 100,000 points. If your MyMcDonald's Rewards points balance would exceed 100,000 points when a points offer is applied, the offer will only be applied in part and any points that would have been due beyond the 100,000 cap will not be awarded and will be forfeited.

15. MyMcDonald’s Rewards points cannot be earnt in relation to any spend on (i) bag taxes, (ii) delivery fees, (iii) tips for delivery drivers or riders, (iv) charitable donations or (vi) purchase of gift vouchers.

16. Customers must not use their mobile phones whilst driving. If an offer has functionality allowing it to be redeemed at a Drive-thru, by saying the 4-digit offer code, please ensure that you remember your code before starting your journey.

17. No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.

20. The Promoter, acting reasonably, will decide whether a customer has already redeemed the applicable offer and its decision is final.

21. Offers are only valid at participating McDonald's restaurants in the UK, Jersey and Isle of Man. Offers are not available at the following restaurants (please use McDonald's Restaurant Locator for addresses):

22. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of these Terms, shall be exclusively governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
