MyMcDonald’s Rewards Welcome Offer - Terms and Conditions
1. Welcome offers in this promotion may vary. The current MyMcDonald's Rewards welcome offer is set out below.
2. Current welcome offer:
a. Free Cheeseburger or Vegetable Deluxe when you enrol into MyMcDonald’s Rewards via the MyMcDonald’s app by 12th July 2022 inclusive. This free item is available for redemption up to 12th July 2022 inclusive.
b. Welcome offer cannot be redeemed during McDonald’s breakfast hours (5am to 11am).
3. Eligibility: To be eligible to receive a welcome offer in this promotion, you must:
a. be 18 years old or over;
b. be a registered user of the MyMcDonald's app; and
c. have successfully enrolled into MyMcdonald’s Rewards.
4. Welcome offers consisting of bonus points (“Welcome Points”):
a. Welcome Points are only valid for 12 months from the end of the month in which they were earned.
b. If Welcome Points can be earned on your order, your MyMcDonald’s Rewards account must be identified at the time of placing your order.
5. Welcome offers consisting of any free items should be redeemed via the ‘Rewards & Offers’ section of the MyMcDonald's app, adding the free item to your order and placing your order on the MyMcDonald’s app at a McDonald’s restaurant taking part in the welcome offer as set out below (“Welcome Restaurant”), following which the order should be collected the same day from that restaurant.
6. The welcome offer is subject to each Welcome Restaurant’s opening hours.
7. Welcome offers consisting of free items may be used on McDelivery orders only via the MyMcDonald’s app; they cannot be used on orders via any third-party ordering or delivery platforms. Welcome Points may be redeemed on McDelivery orders only via the MyMcDonald’s app.
8. The welcome offer is one-time use per customer only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. The welcome offer cannot be used to contribute towards payment for an Extra Value Meal or to pay for an Extra Value Meal in full.
9. No cash or other alternative is available. Your usual data charges apply.
