How can I claim my party bag?  

• You must be a member of My McDonalds Rewards (MMR) to claim your party bag. All participants must be 18 or over and reside in the UK (including Northen Ireland).  

How can I join MyMcDonald’s Rewards? * 

• In order to join MyMcDonald’s Rewards all you have to do is download, register and sign into the McDonald’s app available through the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have successfully registered you will be offered the option to opt-in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards.  

• If you cannot see the option to join MyMcDonald’s Rewards, you simply need to click the “More” section in our app, then “Profile” and “MyMcDonald’s Rewards” and you will then see a toggle to opt in to the programme.  

• Once you have accepted our MyMcDonald's Rewards terms and conditions  you are ready to earn points,  redeem rewards and claim your party bag!  

What’s included in my party bag? 

• To celebrate our 50th birthday, we are gifting all MMR customers a FREE Birthday Cake Donut when you spend £4 with us. There might be other surprises along the way so keep your eyes peeled to your inbox! 

How do I use my Free Birthday Cake Donut offer? 

• In the Rewards & Offer section of the app, look out for the offer that says “Free Birthday Cake donut” 

• Click on the offer tile, and then add to your bag 

• Spend £4 in that same order and you’ll receive your delicious donut, completely free! 

I’ve just signed up to MyMcDonald’s Rewards but I can’t find my offer in my wallet? 

• If you are a new MyMcDonald’s Rewards customers that has just opted into the programme, you may experience a slight wait of up to 15-30mins before the offer has been activated in your wallet. 

• If this still does not appear please contact customer services.  

How long is the offer running for?   

• Your party bag will be available to claim between 11:00 AM on 17^th of July and 11:59 PM 19^th August 2024.
