What percentage of waste from packaging is recycled?

Currently, we recycle our cardboard packaging, milk bottles and used cooking oil. This makes up about 40% of our total waste. In addition, we send waste from over 250 restaurants to Energy from Waste facilities, which means that almost 50% of our waste is diverted from landfill.
