What are your discipline and grievance procedures for a crew member?

We provide an employee handbook that has essential information for our crew, including detailed policies on various topics such as discipline and grievance procedure, anti-bullying and harassment, and respect in the workplace, among others. These and additional policies are easily accessible for our employees to read at any time, either through the employee handbook or via the Workplace platform. Should there be any questions or concerns, employees are encouraged to speak up to their Business Manager.
