Standards of Business Conduct for Employees

| In addition to requesting that employees annually certify that they have read and agree to abide by McDonald's Standards of Business Conduct, employees are required to participate in regular training on various rules, regulations and company specific policies including the McDonald's Standards of Business Conduct. The international version of the Standards of Business Conduct contains McDonald's policy regarding the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and employees in McDonald's international offices are required to certify to the Standards of Business Conduct and to their compliance with Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. McDonald's also has a program in place to monitor and enforce its policies prohibiting money laundering, bribery and doing business with terrorist groups, which is in compliance with in the Standards of Business Conduct, the US Patriot Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Executive Order 13224. |
