| Jeff Stratton serves as McDonald’s Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief Restaurant Officer. He oversees all of the corporate functional areas that make up the Restaurant Solutions Group, including Global Restaurant Measurements, Innovation, Technology Alignment, Safety, Security & Social Accountability, Worldwide Development, Worldwide Equipment Systems, Worldwide Operations, and Worldwide Training, Learning & Development. His Restaurant Solutions Group influences more than 31,000 McDonald’s restaurant locations around the world. |

Stratton has more than 30 years of work experience with the McDonald’s system. Throughout his McDonald’s career, Stratton has managed various aspects of restaurant operations in the field as well as in McDonald’s home office in Oak Brook.
Stratton joined McDonald’s as a crewmember in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan in 1973. He worked his way up through the restaurants and held various field operations positions in the Detroit Region until 1987 when he was promoted to Staff Director of Operations and Menu Management. In 1990, Stratton moved to Columbus to serve as the Director of Operations, and later held several corporate positions at the company’s headquarters before returning to field operations as the Regional Vice President for the McDonald’s Denver Region in 1998.
Stratton joined the U.S. leadership team in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Supporting Office of the West Division, and was promoted to West Division President later that year. In 2004, Stratton returned to home office as the Executive Vice President and Chief Restaurant Office for McDonald’s U.S.A before being promoted to his current post. |
