Replacing lost, stolen or damaged Arch Cards

Be sure to keep your activation and reload receipts—you will need them to replace a lost or stolen card.

Submit a request for replacement of a lost, stolen or damaged card via the Contact Us Form. Cards will only be replaced upon submission of acceptable supporting documents which may include activation receipt, purchase receipt, account summary, online purchase electronic receipt and/or a picture of your damaged card. For properly submitted claims, a new card will be issued for the remaining balance at the time of deactivation.

If your request qualifies, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of replacement Arch Cards.

Terms & Conditions

McDonald’s gift card (“Card”) can be loaded with a dollar value and used to purchase goods and services at participating McDonald’s restaurants in the US. The Card may not be used to purchase other Cards and is not redeemable for cash except as required by law.  This Card is issued by, and represents a legal obligation solely of, P2W Inc., NFP.  Unless P2W has consented in writing, Cards may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred for value. The Card balance never expires, nor are any fees charged in connection with its use or non-use. To check your Card balance, visit the Check Your Gift Card Balance webpage or call 1-877-458-2200. The remaining balance on lost or stolen Cards will be replaced only if proof of purchase is provided. Reload Card, request a replacement or check complete terms and conditions for details. Purchase or use of this Card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, including arbitration agreement, jury and class action waiver, and limitations of liability.
